Managing Director
Hi, I’m Sam, and I’m the Managing Director at Sashed.
I grew up surrounded by windows and doors – my mum worked in leadership at one of the largest aluminium and uPVC manufacturers in Northern Ireland, so it’s always been in my blood. While my family was in the trade, I went in a different direction and pursued a career in technology, starting with a role at AOL in Dublin. After moving to London, I worked with tech giants like BT and IBM, but over time, I found myself becoming involved in property development. That’s when I started looking for high-quality timber windows and doors for my own projects – and quickly became frustrated with the poor service and lack of transparency in the industry. I knew there had to be a better way.
Drawing on my experience in technology and business ethics, I set out to revolutionise the timber windows and doors market. I wanted to offer the same level of transparency, honesty, and convenience that I value as a consumer. And that’s how Sashed was born – premium design led products, outstanding customer service, and a better way of buying windows and doors.
Financial Director
Chris is our resident financial guru and the one who keeps an eagle eye on the numbers. As a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant, Chris brings a wealth of experience in managing finances, particularly in tech companies. Whether it’s managing budgets or finding ways to keep our products affordable without sacrificing quality, Chris is the one who makes sure that Sashed runs both ethically and profitably.
Operations Director
Steven is our go-to guy when it comes to keeping everything running smoothly. With years of operational experience, including heading up faculties for a major retail chain, Steven ensures that every order at Sashed stays on track. Whether it’s making sure the windows are ready on time or sorting out last-minute requests, Steven’s expertise keeps our operations seamless and efficient. No detail is too small for Steven, and he’s the reason why your experience with us is always smooth and hassle-free.
Programme Director and Surveyor
Originally from New Zealand, Pat is our Programme Director, Surveyor, and the expert who oversees our installation teams. With years of experience as a skilled carpenter and joiner, Pat has a particular talent for installing and refurbishing sash windows and specialist glazing. He joined the team in June 2018, bringing with him an impressive portfolio of hands-on experience. If you’re looking for someone who understands the intricacies of timber windows and doors, Pat is your man.
Originally from rural New Zealand, Jac brings over six years of hands-on construction experience and a solid foundation in property sales and investment. His practical knowledge, combined with a sharp eye for detail and commitment to excellent service, makes him a key point of contact for our clients. Jac enjoys working closely with clients to create designs that reflect their style while drawing on his practical knowledge of how homes are built.
Marketing Executive
Bookkeeper and Accounts
Anju manages our bookkeeping and accounts. Anju has been with Sashed since 2021. With over 20 years of experience in finance and bookkeeping, sheensures the daily accounts are accurately recorded and maintained; providing valuable support to the finance director.
Roger has been part of the Sashed team since 2019 and has firmly established himself as one of our most trusted tradesmen. With a sharp eye for detail and a natural flair for working with clients, Roger ensures every project is completed to the highest standard. His craftsmanship, professionalism, and approachable nature make him a key part of the Sashed experience.
Restorations Specialist
Since joining in 2021, Marius has brought a wealth of experience in refurbishment and decorative finishing to the team. His expert touch and attention to detail help breathe new life into period properties, and his dedication to quality makes him a valued asset on every installation.
Irmas joined Sashed in early 2025, bringing with him more than 15 years of specialist experience in timber joinery installation. His extensive knowledge and hands-on skillset make him an invaluable member of our installation team. Outside of work, he is a keen rugby player, demonstrating his passion for teamwork and commitment.
Remedial and Aftercare
Marcio leads our post-installation remedial and aftercare team, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. His proactive approach and attention to detail help deliver lasting results.
Installations
Leandro is a senior member of our installation team, known for his precision and professionalism. His experience and meticulous approach help ensure every project is completed to the highest standard. His nickname, “Nice Eyes,” reflects his keen attention to detail and sharp eye for quality.

Guilherme originally trained as an electrician before joining Sashed, bringing a strong technical background to the team. He has a particular focus on sash windows, applying his precision and skills to ensure high-quality installations. His diverse experience and attention to detail make him a valuable asset to every project.

Joao is passionate about fitness and brings his enthusiasm and energy to every project. He enjoys working on our pivot doors, showcasing his skill and dedication to craftsmanship. His proactive approach and focus on precision contribute greatly to the quality of our installations.
Sashed Mascot and Showroom Greeter
Ralph is the beloved Sashed mascot and showroom greeter. With his friendly personality and graceful presence, he welcomes visitors, enjoys a good cuddle and is obsessed with dog treats.
