The team at Sashed believe that the process of installing new windows and doors should be as simple, and stress-free as possible. From your very first interaction with us to the final installation, we will treat you and your home with the care and respect you deserve. No hard sell, no gimmicks – just a straightforward, transparent process that ensures you get the best products and service for your home.
We believe in making things easy. Contact us to schedule an on-site survey. It only takes a couple of minutes per window or door. If you prefer you can also send us your plan, photographs and measurements. Send your details via our Request a Quote page or email them to [email protected].
Once you’ve confirmed your order, a senior manufacturing surveyor will visit your property to take precise measurements and gather details that will inform the manufacturing process. This survey typically takes 15-30 minutes per window or door. The survey helps us ensure that every aspect of the product is custom-made to fit your property perfectly.
Once your windows and doors are ready, we’ll contact you to confirm the fitting date and ensure everything is in place. We’ll work with you to arrange details like scaffolding, skip hire, parking permits, and any health and safety considerations. About a week before your installation date, we’ll send you an email with all the details, including information about your lead installer, the installation schedule, and what to expect. You’ll also receive an invoice for your interim payment.
On the big day, our skilled fitting team will arrive at your home and begin installing your windows and doors with the utmost care and consideration for your space.
Our team will remove and replace your windows or doors on the same day, ensuring your home stays secure overnight. After the installation, they will make good any internal and external walls and ensure the work area is left clean and tidy. If requested, we’ll also dispose of your old windows and doors.
Before leaving, the lead installer will check to ensure you’re happy with everything.
