4. Manufacturing survey

Once you’ve confirmed your order, a senior manufacturing surveyor will visit your property to take precise measurements and gather details that will inform the manufacturing process. This survey typically takes 15-30 minutes per window or door. The survey helps us ensure that every aspect of the product is custom-made to fit your property perfectly.

To proceed, you’ll need to sign the Purchase Agreement and pay a deposit. The agreement is digitally signed online, and you can pay by bank transfer or debit/credit card. Once we have your signed agreement and payment, we’ll move forward with your order.

7. Installation

On the big day, our skilled fitting team will arrive at your home and begin installing your windows and doors with the utmost care and consideration for your space.

Our team will remove and replace your windows or doors on the same day, ensuring your home stays secure overnight. After the installation, they will make good any internal and external walls and ensure the work area is left clean and tidy. If requested, we’ll also dispose of your old windows and doors.

Before leaving, the lead installer will check to ensure you’re happy with everything.
