We are going fast! As part of our 2020 investment and growth programme we have a number of positions available. We are currently hiring for the following careers at Sashed:


Sashed Sales Administrator:

Benefits:

  • OTE Negotiable based on experience.
  • Opt in pension with employers contribution 3% of qualifying earnings.
  • 4 weeks paid holiday per year.
  • Location: Studio 26, 52-56 Standard Road, London, NW10 6EU. This location will change in 2021, but the new location is likely to be somewhere close to current location.
  • Status: Employed (Full time 38 hours per week).

    Sashed Limited is a fast growing high-end design driven timber windows & doors manufacturer with a very strong focus on delivering quality and excellence to our customers. In 2020 we invested in a dedicated Sales profession and show room and continued growth of social media lead generation. Our success with these mean we now need a Sales Administrator to handle the ‘heavy lifting’ of the inbound enquiries to support the sales process freeing up the Sales Team to close more business and drive our growth.

    About You:

    You will be a hardworking, enthusiastic, ambitious, tenacious and professional team player with a proven 2 year plus (Sales) Admin experience. It is vital you will mirror the courtesy, professionalism and integrity that Sashed show throughout the customer journey.

    You must be a motivated and passionate self-starter, comfortable speaking and emailing with members of the public, builders and architects. Comfortable using usual office tools IT systems, spreadsheets, email and answering the phone. You will work well as part of a team.

    Sashed is a fast paced and evolving environment, so be prepared to adapt well to change.

    Essential Attributes/Skills Required:

  • Well presented and professional, respecting both the client and the company.
  • Excellent diary management.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Good with figures (GCSE Maths, level 4 and above).
  • Good communication skills, with good spoken and written English (GCSE English Language, level 4 and above).
  • Minimum 2 A Levels (level C or above).
  • Desirable Skills (useful but not essential)

  • Digital/Social Media marketing skills.
  • The Role:

  • You will handle all inbound enquiries, gathering all necessary details form the customer, informing them what to expect from the Sashed sales process.
  • Making the initial qualification to determine what should happened next to the enquiry.
  • Ensure all enquires are dealt with in good time and records are maintained up to date.
  • Prepare customer quotations for the sales team and/or sending directly.
  • Regularly check on status of and report on all leads passed to Sales Team.
  • Build effective relationships with all stakeholders, ensure these contribute to the business success through the delivery of exceptional customer service.
  • You will display excellent product knowledge, as well as an understanding of the Sashed range of features and benefits, being able to relay these to the customers.
  • You will demonstrate confidence to the customer and display a genuine caring approach.
