Sashed Sales Executive (2 x positions available):


  • OTE Negotiable based on experience plus uncapped commission.
  • Opt in pension with employers contribution 3% of qualifying earnings.
  • 4 weeks paid holiday per year.

  • About Sashed:

    Sashed Limited is a fast growing high-end design driven timber windows & doors manufacturer with a very strong focus on delivering quality and excellence to our customers. Our first three years of growth and building a strong brand has been driven by our MD. Our fourth year of growth has been driven by our young and dynamic sales team, we are now looking to further increase sales capacity and are looking for a passionate and experienced sales professional who can leverage our brand and lead generation activities to continue to grow revenue while maintaining – our strong customer focus and commitment to being a ethical and eco friendly business.

    We provide all the soft training you require but would look to you to be a ‘self starter’. We will provide you with a great commission plan and continual sales leads so you can start earning from day one.

    About You:

    You will hardworking, enthusiastic, sales driven, ambitious, tenacious and professional with a proven (3+ years) sales experience in similar / vertical industry with evidence of nurturing and developing relationships, qualifying and closing sales opportunities, and hitting/exceeding targets.

    It is vital you will mirror the courtesy, professionalism and integrity that Sashed show throughout the customer journey.

    You must be a motivated and passionate self-starter, enterprising, creative thinker, with technical expertise and the ability to take ownership of designs from concept to creation.

    Sashed is a fast paced and evolving environment, so be prepared to adapt well to change.

    You will work well as part of a team and demonstrate the ability to grow sales both proactively and organically. An existing customer base would also be an advantage.

    Essential Attributes/Skills Required:

  • Well presented and professional, respecting both the client and the company.
  • Excellent diary management.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication skills, with good spoken and written English.
  • Driving License, own car, business milage can be expensed.
  • Desirable Skills (useful but not essential)

  • Working knowledge of building regulations, planning laws, and conservation area planning law in relation to windows and doors is required.
  • A knowledge of listed buildings is desirable but not essential.
  • An understanding CAD packages.
  • Digital marketing skills.
  • Knowledge of the new build marketplace.
  • The Role:

  • To manage your diary to ensure you cover all leads and ongoing opportunities to maximise successful sales, meeting monthly sales targets.
  • Responsible for meeting with client’s, providing support and help to create the homeowner’s dream windows and doors.
  • You will build effective relationships with all stakeholders, ensure these contribute to the business success through the delivery of exceptional customer service.
  • You will be responsible for listening to your customer, understanding their needs, be curious and question to gather the ideas needed to create the desired design.
  • You will be required to measure and price for windows and doors.
  • You will be pro-active and confident in offering different suggestions and explaining options to suit the customer’s needs and aspirations.
  • You will be able to address sales goals and adjust to customers’ needs to close a sale.
  • You will demonstrate confidence to the customer, explaining the quality and benefits of the products and services.
  • You will adopt and display a genuine caring approach, which will support and help the customer to solve problems to fill their needs.
  • You will display excellent product knowledge, as well as an understanding of the wide range of features and benefits, being able to relay these to the customers.
  • To demonstrate sample products, explaining what we offer and how this offering will meet the customers needs and further achieve the longevity and quality that we guarantee.
